Adopting through Cavoodle Rescue Australia has been one of the most rewarding experiences I have ever had. When I first met our Cavoodle, I could tell that she had been through a lot and needed time, patience and reassurance. I gave helpful guidance about settling her into our home and were encouraged to let her build trust at her own pace. Today, she is completely different. She runs around the house, sleeps beside us, loves her morning walks and has become such an important part of our family. I am incredibly grateful that we were given the opportunity to give her the loving home she deserved. She didn't just find a home with us — we feel like we found a new member of our family.
We had always wanted to adopt rather than buy, but we were nervous about whether we would be the right family for a rescue dog. Cavoodle Rescue Australia made the whole experience feel much less overwhelming. They took the time to understand our lifestyle, our home and what we were looking for, while also helping us understand what our new Cavoodle might need from us. The first few days were filled with cuddles, little accidents and lots of learning, but within weeks we could see his personality coming through. He is now such a happy, affectionate little character and has brought so much laughter into our home. We would absolutely encourage anyone considering adoption to give a rescue Cavoodle a chance.
There are some moments in life that you know you will remember forever, and meeting our Cavoodle for the first time is one of them. We knew she needed someone who would be patient and understanding, and we were more than happy to give her that time. Watching her settle into our home has been incredibly rewarding. Today she is playful, affectionate, curious and absolutely convinced that every sofa in the house belongs to her! She has brought laughter, companionship and so much love into our family. The wait was definitely worth it. We’re absolutely wrapped to have Olive as part of the family. The whole process with Cavoodle Rescue Australia was smooth from start to finish, and everything was exactly as described.
Olive arrived safely with all her belongings, just as promised, which made settling her in so much easier. She’s already fitting in perfectly and bringing plenty of joy to the house.

From our very first enquiry, everything was explained clearly and professionally. We were kept informed about each step, what to expect, the arrangements involved, and what would happen once Pretzel was ready to come home. We never felt rushed or left wondering what was happening, which made the entire experience feel very organised and trustworthy.
What really stood out to us was the care that had clearly gone into Pretzel before she came to us. She arrived healthy, happy, clean and beautifully cared for. It was obvious that her wellbeing had been a priority, and she came with everything she needed to settle comfortably into her new home.
The travel arrangements were also handled so professionally. We are in Tasmania, so having Pretzel’s flight arranged all the way through to Tasmania made such a huge difference. We were kept updated about her journey and felt confident that everything was being coordinated properly. Knowing that she was being looked after throughout her travel made the experience much less stressful for us.
When Pretzel finally arrived, it was such a special moment. ❤️ She settled in beautifully, and it honestly feels like she has always belonged with us. We cannot thank Cavoodle Rescue Australia enough for helping bring her into our lives.

It's been Two Months of Teddy and We Couldn’t Be Happier!
It’s hard to believe it has already been two months since we welcomed Teddy home, and honestly, he has been one of the best decisions we have ever made. From the moment he arrived, he has brought so much happiness, warmth and love into our home. 🥹🤎
The whole experience with Cavoodle Rescue Australia was so smooth from beginning to end. The adoption process was simple, clear and so well organised, and we always felt supported throughout. Even Teddy’s travel arrangements were taken care of beautifully. We picked him up from the airport, where he was safely handed over to us by his wonderful pet nanny, and it was such a special moment finally having him in our arms.
Since coming home, Teddy has settled in wonderfully. He absolutely loves his new life, has become such a beautiful part of our family, and every day with him gives us another reason to smile. He has brought a kind of happiness into our home that is difficult to put into words. ❤️
